About
It runs in the family. My grandfather was a famous chef in my hometown where he ran three restaurants. My mother, now a retired culinary teacher. My wife is quite the gourmet and whips up delicious, mouthwatering recipes. My background is that of a mechanical engineer with a degree in management.
We started as a commercial food equipment service company in 2010. Two years later, our commercial restaurant equipment retail company was established: Atlas Restaurant Equipment. Being in the restaurant industry for a while encouraged us to start our shared-use, commercially-certified kitchen. Our business is dedicated to culinary entrepreneurs: small-scale producers, farmers market vendors, chefs, cooking classes, caterers, bakers, food trucks, photographers, or anyone needing a certified kitchen. Our mission is to help grow your food business in a professional and collaborative, shared-use environment.
